The Warlord was a bad guy wrestler in the WWF during the 80's and 90's.  Billed at 6'5", 325 lbs, this beast from "Parts Unknown" who would come out with a painted face, double mohawk and a bodybuilder's physique usually crushed whoever was unlucky enough to be facing him on that particular night.  He spent years as one-half of the tag team known as "The Powers of Pain" with his partner The Barbarian.  As a team they faced off against all the big names of that era...The Rockers, The Bushwackers, Hogan & Savage, Andre the Giant...you get the point.  This guy was a major player in the WWF during one of its coolest eras.

After wrestling Terry Szopinski (as he's known outside of the ring) found himself living in Pompano Beach, Florida. He's done tons of stuff since his WWF days...even finding himself working as a bodyguard for celebrities like 50 Cent and MMA Fighter Kimbo Slice!

It was in Florida that I was able to track Terry down in December of 2015.  We talk about early life, getting "discovered", life on the road as a wrestler in the 80's and much much more.

Join me on this episode as I talk about my love of professional wrestling, the fiasco that was my first live WWF event as a kid, my brief stint working for some midwestern professional wrestling organizations and then finally my meeting with Terry aka The Warlord.
